[UPDATE 10:07 a.m.] Truck and Trailer on Fire Near Blue Lake on 299

Vehicle FireA truck pulling a trailer is completely on fire near the Blue Lake truck scales on Hwy 299. The truck pulled over on the eastbound shoulder about 9:45 a.m.

There is concern that the fire will spread into nearby brush.

UPDATE 10:07 a.m.: The fire is controlled.
