If it’s not a criminal matter, she probably died from natural causes or accidentally. If it appeared to be foul play, it would be criminal. Lay off the caps lock [edit]

If it was a drug overdose, it wouldn’t be a criminal matter. IF the poor woman’s autopsy determines that the cause of death was due to trauma, THEN an investigation will begin. Responding personnel on scene are the ones who initially determine the *apparent* cause of death and since there wasn’t an immediate announcement of foul play, then there was something on-scene that negated further investigation. See how it works?

Do they have a description of the woman? Maybe the community can help identify her. So sad for her loved ones & I hope she is at peace.

Odds are, the other people at the camp have a name for her, even if it’s a nick. She will eventually be ID’ed, probably through fingerprints. Almost all of us have had at least a thumbprint done; she won’t remain nameless forever.

Peace be with her in any case and my condolences to her family.

In a sense, it’s criminal that people are living that way.
It’s criminal that our society has so many who are on the edge of living this way.

Milieu…yes it is criminal for all these pos’s to camp and Destroy other people’s property shit and piss where ever they please…steal what ever they can. We need a big fucking barge to load up with these pos’s then have gunnery practice. Problem solved.

Sadly locally we do not have the type of TV CSI labs or techs. The task of identifying the deceased can with adequate funding of the responsible governmental agency happen. Yes fingerprints are useful if the deceased has her’s on file. The same with DNA. Far too often folks who do have kin and are living outside of regular society do not stay in contact with family. Either by choice or circumstance. The woman in question has family, either by blood or choice. She may also be a missed person. I hope she is identified and her earthy remains are not buried without her family knowing of her passing. A dear friend found out of her estranged husband’s passing three years after his death. She had moved out of state and he was buried in the Potters Field in Sacramento County. The diligent case manager for Social Security tracked her down, using the leads given by the Coroners Office.
