Less than hit & run? Less than leaving the scene of a fatal accident?
I think he will be prosecuted according to the law.
Speculation is just guessing

Well I live 100 yards from the accident and have the victims car on my security camera seconds before the accident and from what I heard from my neighbors beer cans where strewn all over the highway from his truck so it is gonna kinda be hard to avoid the DUI! That is just common sense.

I wonder what this fine fellow was doing several hundred miles north of Lawndale? Looking for tomatoes to pick, perhaps?

Probably so, theres thousands of picking jobs right now and no white people want to do that work, to be blunt. I’d like to see the produce picked instead of rotting like what happened to the pears years ago after a big ice raid.

Kudos to him turning himself in.

Yes, if it weren`t for the presence of all these illegals, vegetables wouldn`t get picked; restaurant dishes wouldn`t get washed; motel rooms wouldn`t be cleaned…..

Odd that in northern Idaho the restaurant dishes seem remarkably clean; motel rooms get cleaned quite nicely and there is serious farming and agriculture with only we dreadful anglo-saxons to do the work. I wonder how that can happen?

We are here. I saw your friend’s Falcon at the traffic backup at the slide on 101. To hear that it was crashed into so soon after was shocking. So sudden and unexpected. My heart goes out to you all. I have prayed many times since then for your loved ones. Take good care of your heart.

Was the hit and run driver here in the U.S legally? If not? Doubt he has insurance.. Out law, Non resident latinos should be held to the same standards as you and I, But they are”nt. Caught behind the wheel with no drivers lic? No insurance? Automatic deportation. As older people always told me”Driving is a privilege not a right”
