  • Well a guy needs a little time to sober up, is that asking to much?

    • Just out of curiosity any evidence to back up that inflammatory statement????

      • It’s called common sense!!!!!!! if you’re drunk or high and are involved in an accident and can get away until you are no longer under the influence your charges will be significantly less!!!!!!!!!

        • Less than hit & run? Less than leaving the scene of a fatal accident?
I think he will be prosecuted according to the law.
          Speculation is just guessing

          • Yes absolutely, try all of those enhanced by dui. It’s messed up but you will get less time if it’s an accident and you say you panicked and ran off then if you are under the influence and sober up before you turn your self in. How is this not common knowledge to you? And we will never know now because he can always say he got drunk/high after the fact. Yes speculation but why else run and then turn yourself in? I would bet 8out of 10 times this happens it’s because of dui.

Well I live 100 yards from the accident and have the victims car on my security camera seconds before the accident and from what I heard from my neighbors beer cans where strewn all over the highway from his truck so it is gonna kinda be hard to avoid the DUI! That is just common sense.

  • I wonder what this fine fellow was doing several hundred miles north of Lawndale? Looking for tomatoes to pick, perhaps?

    • Probably so, theres thousands of picking jobs right now and no white people want to do that work, to be blunt. I’d like to see the produce picked instead of rotting like what happened to the pears years ago after a big ice raid.

Kudos to him turning himself in.

      • Yes, if it weren`t for the presence of all these illegals, vegetables wouldn`t get picked; restaurant dishes wouldn`t get washed; motel rooms wouldn`t be cleaned…..

Odd that in northern Idaho the restaurant dishes seem remarkably clean; motel rooms get cleaned quite nicely and there is serious farming and agriculture with only we dreadful anglo-saxons to do the work. I wonder how that can happen?

  • Very nice. No concern for my friend who was killed or prayers for my friend still in the hospital.
    Real nice

    • Just bypass all the negative and focus on those affected. That was my auntie and uncle. For all of you negative nellys… May you never have to experience such heartache.

    • I’m so sorry for your loss, I hope your friend recovers, prayers and love to you and yours.

    • We are here. I saw your friend’s Falcon at the traffic backup at the slide on 101. To hear that it was crashed into so soon after was shocking. So sudden and unexpected. My heart goes out to you all. I have prayed many times since then for your loved ones. Take good care of your heart.

  • Why isn’t Marcy kitchen in jail ?Let him go,at least he turned himself in and on poo y killed one person…turn him loose

  • Sending prayers 🙏🏻 To the families affected by this horrific accident. To the victim in the hospital sending healing prayers 💐 Sorry for your loss 😐.

    • Thoughts and prayers are for the innocent victims of the crash. We must be strong in times like these and stand together.

  • best wishes to all the victim s family ,and friends ,so sorry for your loss ,and the distruction of a ford falcon .

  • Indeed sorry for your loss and pain for what happen, and they were driving a ford falcon, classic
I bet they were salt of the earth type people

  • shawn the fisherman

Was the hit and run driver here in the U.S legally? If not? Doubt he has insurance.. Out law, Non resident latinos should be held to the same standards as you and I, But they are”nt. Caught behind the wheel with no drivers lic? No insurance? Automatic deportation. As older people always told me”Driving is a privilege not a right”

  • According to Mendocino county booking logs one of his charges is illegal entry

    • Damn, Condolences to the people hurt by this, I’m truly sorry for your loss, at least he turned him self in, he probably could have easily disappeared back to Mexico then and no one would known who was responsible, or be held accountable for this tragedy.
