A lengthy lockup should do just fine. At some point, our judges need to send a strong message that the people are fed up with all the rising street crime in Humboldt. A low bail will just allow him to run with a wasted warrant on him, just like so many others. If not, it’s time for some new judges.

That is my house. Very scary. SO glad the cops were right on his tail. Have to report damage to insurance co on Monday I want to give the biggest shout out & thanks to the sheriffs & CHP that that took care of the situation. Also a very big thank you to Deputy Stillman Stallworth , he went to Ace & bought me a new mailbox which was destroyed. It was a very special custom made Basset mailbox which my late husband made for me. Anyone who walks the Hammond trail would recognize it.
