Fortuna Man Injured in Motorcycle Crash

On 07/23/2017, at approximately O125 hours, a blue Yamaha motorcycle was traveling southbound on US-101, north of Geysers Road at approximately 65 to 70 MPH. For an unknown reason, the Yamaha made an unsafe turning movement to the right which caused the motorcycle to leave the roadway and collided with a guard rail. The collision with the guard rail caused the driver of the motorcycle to lose control of the motorcycle and was ejected. The driver was airlifted to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.

The cause of this collision is still under investigation.CHP accident report

Im riding till the rain fall to heavy and as much as I believe I am a good rider I believe I’m invisible and know I’m at risk of bieng killed the worst is it won’t happen fast just a reality lived through what was supposed to be fatal I still wanna feel the wind and even when I’m ashes I will be along 101 forever strong as a gust shall I be just me and my H.D
