The finder says that he needs to find the owner or another place for this handsome boy besides the pound.

Someone can look at the tags on him and see if it’s a rabies vaccination tag they can call the vet it’s in the number of the tag and find out who is owner is that’s how the people who found my little dog Mopar return to me was by his license Good Karma to Kym Kemp for providing this site she saved my dog’s life
