A boat fell off its trailer and landed in a southbound lane of Broadway. [Photos provided by a reader]
At approximately 10:50 p.m. yesterday, a truck pulling a boat lost its load in a southbound lane of the 2800 block of Broadway near Henderson.
Perhaps a might off course, Captain?

“I thought you strapped it down”
“I thought you did”
Love those roller trailers!
If it wasn’t a roller, they would have probably made it home.
Gilligan ! Yes Skipper
A 3 hour tour…
New meaning to “Trolling down Broadway.”
lol gunther. good 1.
I wonder if the driver got a ticket for the unsecured load?
I felt bad for him.. damn I would not want that to happen to us. That is the second boat we have seen in the last year. The other one was just coming off the Samoa Bridge and the trailer tongue was not secure and nailed the tailgate of the pickup pretty good. Anyway it could happen to anyone..We dont tow ours much because it’s moored, but I am just thankful my hubby double checks everything to make sure things are secure.
I wonder how they got it back on the trailer…
BOAT
Break Out Another Thousand
I’m guessing the backed the trailer to the front of the boat and winched it in.
They must be on meth
A little bit of ‘FlexTape’ and it will float good as new !!!!
Broadway have a launch fee?
Holey Hull, Boatman!!!
Hate it when that happens
Scary to think about a sea trip with these tools!
Maybe he was trying to go back for the skier he’d lost.
Show boat ?
Good thing it wasn’t an inboard…
Is it posted on youtube????
