  • My condolences to his family.

  • He will be missed. A good man gone too soon. Ride in paradise

  • Rest In paradise brother Rider.

  • We will miss you brother. You were always there thick and thin.

  • There are many crashes on Broadway every day now.
What will it take to get drivers more aware of their surroundings?

    • Making left turns to and from Broadway can be challenging when traffic is heavy.

    • As a motorcyclist, I don’t try to make drivers aware of their surroundings, though I do my best to make them aware of me since I have the most “skin” in the game versus a driver, and making myself be the one being aware of my surroundings, as well as constantly calculating a way out.

  • Your comment is so unnecessary, ignorant and just plain out racist. It seems to be the motorcyclist’s fault, rest his soul. Go read a fucking book and educate yourself.

  • Only met him a couple of times, he was a close friend of a friend. So very tragic…RIP

  • I knew you would delete me, [edit]

  • Sorry to hear of yet another collision involving a motorcycle. I will try to be even more aware, and be on the lookout for motorcyclists when driving.

    My condolences to the family.

  • RIP my brother. You will be missed by all!! We know you are looking down on all of us. And we will all help with the family! Love you brother.

  • So sorry for your loss 🙁 thoughts and prayers go out to and your children. GOD Bless you 🙂

  • how is it “for some reason” ? the motorcycle obviously hit the drivers side passenger door… unless the van crossed in front of the motorcycle, attempting to get onto 101.

    • Yes the van made a left in front of him…. 100% Vans Fault…. Very Sad Day … Love you Jay, I’ll see you on the other side.

  • Every day at least an accident in eureka, I actually believe the average is 2 accidents. This is unacceptable. I certainly believe alcohol, drugs and plenty stupidity are a major factor the city has to step in and figure out what makes this place so accident prone.
Put that tax money to use, lets go fockers!
