Already with the roadside fires!!!??? All that rain obviously has dried up & all the grass that grew up while it was raining so heavily, is now dry enough to burn!!! Thus causing roadside fires!!!

Hire the homeless to cut and bag the tall grass and weeds.
Hire the illegals to cut and bag the tall grass and weeds.
Hire the teenagers to cut and bag the tall grass and weeds.

Force the busted illegal non-permitted growers getting three hots and a cot in the Humboldt Hilton to clear it. They already have experience cutting weeds.
