  • Time to remember not to throw burning cigarette butts out of our vehicles, and not to park in tall grass because the hot muffler can ignite it. And NO FIRES while CalFire fire restrictions are in effect.

  • Dont throw cigarette buts out of your car even if there not burning thats littering

Don’t throw cig butts out of your car, burning or not, since they are ugly litter and full of nicotine and other toxins.

I followed a jerk up the Thomas Rd. Road yesterday. Followed him for 4 miles, he was flicking his stinky cigarette ash out the window with total disregard for others, their property and their lives. I could see his ash hit the ground right next to dry grass etc… Also would not pull over, maintained 10-15 mph the whole way. My truck has a 5 speed and I have a hard time going that speed, especially when I’m loaded down with 30 bags of cement and my lumber rack stacked high with wood… he knew he was effecting me…. What a jerk on many levels. Picture from this morning at 5:45….
