Humboldt County Cannabis Chamber of Commerce Invites You to Their Mixer

Humboldt Cannabis Chamber of Commerce logoPress release from the Humboldt County Cannabis Chamber of Commerce:

Join us for our 2nd Thursdays monthly mixer — for June we are excited to be in the Garberville Town Square [from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.] for our business networking mixer.

This month’s mixer will be a little different! We’re excited to help support crucial Southern Humboldt resources. All raffle proceeds from this mixer will benefit the Garberville Town Square project! The Dank Food Truck will be on the square selling delicous food, and they’re donating a portion of profits to the town square project as well.

The Briceland Volunteer Fire Department will also be there to sell desserts and raise funds for their organization.

Bring your business cards and plan to get some raffle tickets!

Our mixers are open to the community, so you don’t have to be a member to attend (though joining has some great perks!). We alternate between Northern and Southern Humboldt every month for our mixers so we can meet more of the community.

As California moves forward, we can embrace the change and use locally based knowledge and experience to build stronger, sustainable businesses that will support our community. Our monthly mixers offer an opportunity for cannabis farms/companies and local small businesses to come together to meet like-minded business people in a friendly atmosphere.

Well, I never really thought that I would live to see this, but, the ONCE beautiful and wonderful little Community of Garberville has disappeared and in it’s place is a DARK and DIRTY hole of mostly Potheads. A Chamber of Commerce called Cannabis, Lord help the rest of the Chambers that has to have this hanging around their names. So what’s next, renaming the Community “Cannabis” home of Potheads. Where are the true and blue Humboldt County families anymore? Probably moving to a more safer environment and mostly pot free locations.

Weed free zones with zero tolerance for growers and dopers is the only solution to this blight.

Dope growers have turned a special place into a sheer wasteland of crime, human trafficking, and environmental destruction.

We need helicopters playing Flight Of The Valkyries to take back what has been stolen by the terrorists.

My favorite quote from twenty-five years ago out Upper Thomas road; “I’m gettin’ the hell outta here!”-Dawn Russell on the way to Montana with her horses. Hope you are well if reading this, or not!

One devastating environmental progeny replaced by another. Started with the gold rush then the logging rush and now the cannabis rush. Always about the money and always will be.

A group that never took a stand against against one of their main people being a massive thief in the cannabis business. Makes them all look bad why would non-growers give a shit about how they make growers look. Go exploit another group of people.

I stopped going to the Woodrose when they changed hands . Breakfast for two people shouldn’t cost 40 bucks .

Went to the mixer, about 30 folks including some old friends I hadn’t seen for a while. Thanks for publicizing it.
