Press release:

There will be great food cooked by Moses from Barbecue to You, a fireman’s muster, tee shirt sales,a bake sale, a silent auction andgood music from Back On the Hill, a really fun band, and Ray Bevatori, a long time local musician. Particularly fun is the home made game of fireball, where the kids get to play with the fire hoses.
The Fire Company is trying to buy the Ettersburg School for the future location of the Telegraph Ridge Fire Station.
It’s a beautiful spot.
Take the Ettersburg Road about four miles from the junction with the Shelter Cove Road, and you can’t miss it. Come on out and support your local volunteers at one of the first outdoor parties of the season. Admission is free.

Telegraph Ridge Fire is Honeydew Fire’s southern neighbor and has been a great neighbor for years. When Wilder Ridge Road closed due to the massive slip-out near Landergen Road, they took on our southern area of coverage so that we didn’t have to worry about not being able to access an incident. The communication and help we give and receive is what good neighborhoods are all about. Please attend and donate to keep this totally volunteer department humming…and have a great time while you do!
