Looks like a previous booking photo, which means he was a ‘catch and release’ from before. Hope Flemming is figuring out she needs to keep these repeat criminals off the streets, so we can live and work feeling safe. (if my assumption is right ??)

IF he has half a brain ,he now looks nothing like this,i.e. all hair shaved or dyed…fortunately that is huge odds on that “if”.

Seen him last week outside Safeway in Arcata and told the security he was wanted and to call the police but, I don’t think he believed me. He is clean shaven with a army green coat with a hood.

This isn’t the DA’s fault, or the Sheriff, or the police chief… it’s the fault of liberal California voters who think rehabilitation is the magic answer. What we are seeing is the direct result. Skyrocketing crime rates. Once again, quit blaming others. We, or should I say you, voted for this…

What bill did these “liberals” vote for that is using rehab for armed robberies and the lik which is a direct result of this guy robbing gas stations and being at large still? I’m just curious and like to have all the facts.

Prop 47 and 57. It makes what use to be felonies into misdemeanors. Thus, repeat offenders because there is no consequence. There are criminals walking around who should be incarcerated. This isn’t rocket science. California is soft on crime because bleeding hearts think that every tweaker can be rehabilitated. Tweakers steal, rob, and kill to get their fix. I say build mega prisons in the desert and make people do their time.

I have to agree. The longest I have seen a meth head clean and out of trouble is in jail. No, I shouldn’t say that. I seen a handful have kids and clean up for them. I never seen rehab work. A long enough time in jail and they come out clean for about a minute.
