A CHP officer stops traffic in order to get a Renner Gas tanker out of Hwy 101. [Photo by a reader]

According to the California Highway Patrol Incident Information Page, a Renner Gas tanker is stopped in the lane on Benbow Grade headed southbound. CHP officers are stopping traffic in order to allow the tanker to be removed from the road.

UPDATE 12:09 p.m.: The road is now open, according to a reader.
