[UPDATE 8:34 p.m.] A Man Reportedly With Mental Health Issues Captured Near Herrick Avenue; Road Closed

Herrick Avenue is closed as law enforcement arrests a man that is believed to have mental health issues. The photo above is taken near the corner of Elk River and Herrick. Four law enforcement vehicles are there and a man was prone on the ground around 7:30 p.m.

UPDATE 8:34 p.m.: The road is clear. Reportedly the man has been taken to Sempervirens.
