Alliteration always alleviates any annoying attitudes about abhorrent antisocial alleyway absconders annihilating automobile apertures.

How about ,” Punks on alcohol and drugs”! Sorry, I just can’t find any humor in this event. This is felony vandalism since I know the dollar amount is way over $400. How about 1-3 years in jail and a fine of up to $10,000. Not to mention the added damage that these vehicles will incur because of the weather we are having. Probably a lot of these owners don’t have full coverage, so this will come directly out of their pockets!

It is not cheap to have auto glass replaced. My mower just kicked up a rock this past summer and hit the neighbors side van window. The bill was $900.00 The perpetrators need to be found and brought to justice. They will be working this bill off for quite sometime. Think about all the inconvenience this will also cause the car owners to go through.

I’m afraid you’re not familiar with how the “justice” system here works. If caught, they’ll be immediately released, and told not to do it again. When they do it again, if they get caught again, they’ll be immediately released again, and told not to do it again, again. Repeat as necessary.

Go to Joe’s Auto Glass in Fortuna. 725-5762. Replaced my windshield a couple of times for around $300; when my side window was smashed out at the beach parking lot, it was replaced for about $175. A year or more ago, but still. Someone pays $900, they’re getting ripped off.

Try Contract Auto Glass in Yuba City. To save money on ANYTHING, leave Humboldt County! Folks in the valley have to compete. In Humboldt you get gouged for EVERYTHING.

I sure do! I saw this band live in the mid 80’s. They put on one hell of a show. The Tubes are still together and currently touring. It’s hard to forget the lead singer, “Fee Waybill”, with a name like that. They’re still at it after more then 40 years! Good memories!
