Expect periods of rain and high wind beginning midmorning. By nightfall, the rain is expected to be steady and heavy at times. The wind is predicted to last until midnight.

With that kind of weather, expect the roads to be a bit ugly. Yesterday, we had rock and mudslides. Be prepared for more of the same.
