Firearm Believed to Have Been Used During Assault Recovered by Trinity County Sheriff’s Deputies While Serving Search Warrant

On Monday, January 23, 2017, Deputies with the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant on the residence of Robert Holleman in Lewiston, CA. During the search warrant a firearm was located which was believed to have been used during an assault with a deadly weapon and a grossly negligent discharge of a firearm which had occurred in the Lewiston subdivision on Sunday, January 22, 2017. In addition to locating the firearm, several pounds of processed marijuana was located as well as a large amount of butane honey oil. Holleman was not present during the execution of the search warrant, however, Holleman was located late afternoon on Monday, January 23, 2017 and arrested by Investigators with the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office. He was transported to the Trinity County Jail and booked on the above charges. He is still currently in custody on $100,000.00 bail.
