Was that a wild and windy night last night?  Wow!  The Eureka area was particularly hard hit. Electricity is still out to around 1000 customers as of noon.

Today there have been scattered hail storms and snow in the higher mountains. The wintry weather should scale back a bit but there will showers both the rainy and the snowy types into tomorrow.

“McCann”. Funny how it has been misspelled across a few websites. I appreciate the roads update and that you keep it current. Thank you.

Hail on my roof was like a syncopated rhythm to my dreams. Thank the gods my roof doesn’t leak!
