Compassion doesn’t work with parasites like this. We all have choices to make and these POS people continually make the wrong ones. No excuse! Our system needs an overhaul. I’m not some iron fisted, closed minded individual. Far from that. I’m not closed minded to drug use. There are certain drugs with benefits. However, we have been taught through education, we have learned from friends and family that certain drugs will ruin you, if not kill you. Who the f@ck wants to touch pills, meth and heroin? Ignorant people for the most part and a certain percent that made their way to heroin via legal prescription drugs provided by a doctor. What causes them to steal? Not for money. They simply cant make the right choices. Create a system that protects us and puts them in a situation they can function in. A tent city with job tasks. Give them a year and evaluate. This has to end at some point. So gross.

I purchase gas and Chinese trash with money that I earn. I do not steal. I am not a parasite. Self medication comes in many forms and doesn’t always include drugs or alcohol. Drugs and alcohol doesn’t mean you steal from others. What kind of POS looks at a box of toys being donated and thinks about stealing it? Parasitic scum, thats who. Sick of excuses. Do drugs, be an addict, but do it on your own dime. Parasites have no value. Plenty of abused people are valued members of society and not a burden. If the punishment was a bit harsher, they might think twice about being a f@ck up. No more excuses for this type of behavior.

Yup …

May 20, 2011

AUGUSTA, GA – Orville Smith, a store manager for Best Buy in Augusta, Ga. told police he observed a customer, later identified as Tyrone Jackson of Augusta, on surveillance cameras putting a laptop computer under his jacket. When confronted the man became irate, knocked down an employee, drew a knife and ran for the door.

Outside on the sidewalk were four Marines collecting toys for the Toys for Tots program. Smith said the Marines stopped the man, but he stabbed one of them, Cpt. Phillip Duggan, in the back; the injury did not appear to be severe.

After police and an ambulance arrived at the scene, Cpt. Duggan was taken for treatment.

“The subject was also transported to the local hospital with two broken arms, a broken ankle, a broken leg, several missing teeth, possible broken ribs, multiple contusions, assorted lacerations, a broken nose and a broken jaw ….. injuries he sustained when he slipped and fell off the curb after stabbing the Marine,” according to a police report.

Oh!! While sad that anyone would suffer so many injuries, I couldn’t help LAUGHING OUT LOUD about the ’cause’ the police wrote in their report. Cops and Marines. Don’t wanna mess with them, or them with each other.

The true problem lies with the State. Since Jerry Brown moved the State prison inmates to county jails there happens to be no room for fresh arrests. Its time for people to sall there state reps and complain. When is enough enough. This is not a problem with the Judges. There hands are tied

We are all to blame. Jail is a idiotic concept. There should be four choices for the Judge and juries- hard labor camp, strict drug rehab labor camp, military or death. Prison is a complete failure and waste of time for the prisoner and tax payer.

Really? Military as one of the choices for punishment? Brilliant! Then, when your relative gets KIA because one of these losers doesn’t do his job properly or quick enough, what’ll you say to that? Plus, I can’t even begin to see the logic behind the thought of giving a criminal access to some of the most sophisticated weaponry in the world, not to mention grenades, explosives, etc. Keep the losers out of the military and behind bars where they belong.

So, does everyone think these guys
Are going to trade or sell these toys for drugs? I have NEVER in my life seen toys sold or bought or traded for drugs. I’ve seen batteries and jewelry and food stamps and jeans and stereos and phones, tools, you name it. But if you think drug addicts don’t have kids and don’t have friends with kids, you’re missing part of the picture. Sorry but I don’t think those toys were worth much. However misguided their actions, I think they were playing Santa. Or maybe they never had toys of their own… regardless, the fact that you all consider these guys high priority for beds in the jail is disturbing and hilarious. I’m sure the embarrassment of being caught doing this is punishment in and of itself. Thanks for it.

Come on. Your making it sound like being a drug addict means you are a parasite. Someone can be a drug addict and not be a parasite. Thieves are the worse. Drugs users aren’t bad. We are talking about stealing, not drug use. Being a drug user doesn’t mean you are a thief. Again with excuses for such negative and wrong behavior.

Easy guys. @bboy has hinted these guys might have been raped by their uncle and or dad. That’s why they are addicts. That’s why they steal donated toys going to children.
