[UPDATE: Most Have Power Back] Over 1400 Without Power in Ferndale

According to PG&E 1444 customers lost power this morning in the Ferndale area. PG&E is currently assessing the cause but at 7:53 a.m., traffic on the scanner indicated that power lines were arcing at 1996 Market Street in Ferndale. Then a responder told dispatch that the lines had stopped arcing but were down.

At this time, PG&E is estimating that power will be restored at 11:15 a.m.

UPDATE 10:55 a.m.: According to PG&E, less than 40 customers are still without power. Crews are on site and the hope is that last customers will have power by 2 p.m.
