Armed Robbery at Pizza Place on 2nd Street in Eureka

Just after 3 p.m. today, a pizza place on 2nd Street in Eureka was robbed. According to Brittany Powell, a spokesperson for the Eureka Police Department, “A caller said that they had been robbed gunpoint.”
The suspect, Powell said, is a white male in his twenties who is about 6’2″ to 6’4″ with a medium build. “He had some kind of cloth over his face,” Powell said. “He fled on foot and was last seen on Second Street.”
The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash. Eureka Police are searching the area now.
