Southern Humboldt Man Named as Suspect Who Was Shot by Officers Yesterday
Clayton Lasinski, a Southern Humboldt man is the suspect who fled a traffic stop and was shot by law enforcement in an incident yesterday, according to Eureka Police Chief Andrew Mills.
According to a 2011 article in the Dispatch Argus, Lasinski, then age 20, got 36 months probation for felony possession of cannabis. Lasinski was arrested in January 11 of that year with 4.5 pounds of marijuana.
