Max Is Missing

German ShepherdThis one-year-old German Shepherd is missing from near the Peg House north of Leggett. He’s been gone about a week.

His name is Max and he may have been stolen. His owner really misses him and wants him back.

Max disappeared without his collar and isn’t chipped.

If you have seen this dog, please call a friend of the owner at (707) 272-0316.

Bet some ahole stole that beautiful dog. If the owner gets him back, chip him! It’s cheap and worth it.

Hope he comes home. Carl’s Coffee Shop–now that’s a name from the past. Or you could have said near Grundy’s Resort!

How do you know that someone didn’t steal him. Your remark is uncalled for so now you pissed me off I own dog’s and I have had dog’s stolen from me and I didn’t stop till I found who stole from me. Hey you’re facts right before you accuse the owner is bad [edit]

Hey Connie given that there are in fact so damn many bad dog owners, even if your dog got stolen, why was it left un-cared for? Did you know that you are required to keep your animal under control at all times, just as if it were a weapon? [edit] My words come from tremendous experience in this county.

If there were NOT so many dog owners that are completely irresponsible, then comments such as mine wouldn’t surface. I’ll even go so far to comment that at least 95% of all dog owners in Mendocino County are negligent. Shameful. YOU DOG OWNERS TAKE ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR “SERVICE ANIMAL.”
