I hope that the reports of oil on the highway at the location of the the accident is investigated. Friends driving over the hill there reported spinning out or almost spinning out there. RIP young man, and prayers up for the family, those who stopped to assist at the accident scene, the EMS/CHP folks as well as the ER and hospital team.
