Armed Robber Struck the Chevron on 4th Street Tonight (Could this be the same guy as last night?)

Breaking NewsAn armed robber reportedly held up the Chevron at 4th and M Streets in Eureka at approximately 10:27 p.m. According to scanner traffic, the robber reportedly used a sawed off shotgun and fled with a cash register drawer. The drawer was later found behind the gas station.

The suspect reportedly has dark brown hair, is unshaven, and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt. He was last seen on foot on M Street.

Though not all the details match, there were two armed robberies late last night that are similar. Those robberies were also committed with a sawed off shotgun. We posted about them under this title: Two Armed Robberies…Same Guy?

These poor clerks. When will big gas companies get that they need protection behind bullet proof glass and bars, like in the city. Min. wage isn’t worth it. No wage is worth it.
