FBI Responding to Bank Robbery in McKinleyville

Breaking NewsAccording to Sgt. Ken Swithenbank, around 4:30 p.m. today a robber struck McKinleyville’s Umpqua Bank in the 2000 block of Central Avenue. The suspect fled the building and may have used a white Dodge Caravan or Town and Country van to escape.

“Lots of law enforcement in the area checking. Trying to determine if suspect left area in vehicle at this time,” he texted in reply to a question from us. Swithenbank said, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has been notified and is “enroute.”

Note: originally an icon depicting a robbery with a gun was used. At this point we believe that only the threat of a gun was used so we’ve replaced the icon.

So many scumbag druggies! And no, very little compassion here. Went to utweeka yesterday. Saw a true zombie chick walking in front of the mall. Mouth open, drooling, on a mission for sure. F—en heroin. Wish i had an answer, more rehabs? She was truely scary.

Umm maybe why the hell doesn’t a bank have a better camera system then the one we buy at Costco?!? Did they have security cameras? A bank should have security cameras… Si

Happened to be riding with a friend to Eureka at about 5 o’clock. In a white Dodge Grand Caravan. Got pulled over thinking it was because she was taking selfies and speeding on the corridor but sure enough they were checking to make sure I wasnt a damn bank robber. Cop was nice enough and didnt give us much of a hard time. Pretty sure it was CHP.

Ha! So the real headline event would be if there was a bank robbery and the FBI DIDN’T respond. Got it. Thank you.

My opinion ?…… What is HOJ is “Talking” about is that his pain meds and coffee has/hasnt [we repot you decide] just kicked in… HA. The banks need to Hire security guards with some of OUR low interest loot. Every bank had security when i was a kid.. Bank robberies were REALLY hard to pull off. Rare as uncooked hens teeth. Its drugs!
