Well technically he is. He stuck around… Which of course he should have, so now he will have the the big charges stick. You only get the slaps on the wrist when you run. Unfortunately around here it’s the most common thing to do.

haha pretty good one, I really did chuckle. Like seriously though WTF is happening with that? I mean why isn’t her face plastered all over the humboldt’s most wanted list. She murdered her own daughter and her daughters friend.

I’m just as outraged as you, a lot of people are. So, if you can positively identify her as the driver, she would probably be in jail this afternoon.

Maybe the FBI can lend the local cops a hand. I wonder if they have asked for help. There must be a way to charge somebody with the death of those two kids.

I just cannot comprehend HOW the mom 1) hasn’t come forward and just faced the fucking music, and 2) IF (and that’s a huge IF) she was not the driver, HOW in the absolute hell does she go on covering this up?!!?!!?
Both presumed parties to the girls’ deaths are absolutely the lowest of low. As are the folks hiding them. Despicable.
Hiding after killing two kids. They are cowards. Agree on the Feds. Humboldt needs them not for just the Kitchen/Tsarnes deaths, but for the chaotic state we are in. Maybe John Walsh too…

So all of these DUI checkpoints didn’t help squat. Why not just spend all of that money on a bridge/crosswalk on every qualifying street maybe. Dude looks in his 40’s? 24 years old? Anyway his life was changed by a few alcoholic drinks and driving afterwards. Damn, this is sad.

How bout start with a lighted crosswalk at Redwood Dr & Church St in Garberville. I fear this section. People have been hit many times by car there, luckily none were fatal, so far. Ive had cars & trucks not notice me and are inches from my body. I did not step out cause i noticed them not paying attention. Most lip the words sorry, by the time they see what they did, but many snicker at you and dont care about pedestrians first. They laugh they almost clipped you with their car or truck. Personally i think the DMV is to lax on licenses. Pedestrians 1st is one of the 1st things u learn but they wont get it until they are old and the new generation cuts their body off with a moving weapon!

I would love to see the blood work on this it’s not always just alcohol that makes a person intoxicated. Under the influence could be lots of things couldn’t it around here.

STRANGER ~ You are sadly right!!! Drink and Drive….it’s all good here in Humboldt. Our Judges need to be run out of town or sent to jail for not doing their job and still getting paid for it.
