Still waiting for our incident report to rechive help !! Cal fire has been highly disappointing and we r living in a holding period until they get that report to us!! Please do ur job and mail our twice requested report. We did all we were asked to do, twice now!! It’s time for you to do ur part so we can get help from the agencies waiting to receive report before they can help us.

Cal fire has been highly disappointing. We have been living in a holding pattern since August waiting for our request for the incident report on the fire which burned our home and our brothers home to the ground!! We have done everything asked, filled out and sent all request papers, twice now, and we still haven’t received anything from cal fire!! We would appreciate your assistance in doing your part in getting us this report so we can receive the aid from some of the agencies awaiting to help us, yet unable to without the report stating it was an arson fire!! Immediate response would be highly appreciated. Thank you, debi mazzone, home owner.
