  • Black guys imagine that .they are already back in Richmond.

  • How about we DON’T open our doors to strangers!!!! Anybody recall the old adage
“STRANGER DANGER” seriously……come on! Two black guys pounding on my door needing help….am I going to open my door? Hell no!! I will dial 911 for them and myself.

    • Doesn’t matter if they’re black; it matters that they’re strangers. I would have retrieved my shotgun, made sure they heard me cocking it, and then asked them to get the f-ck out of here ! The second they pulled out the gun would be the last second of their miserable lives.

  • Technically not Eureka.

    • It isn’t in the EPD’s jurisdiction but the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office called it Eureka and most of the county thinks of it as part of Eureka.

      • it is eureka but because money or officers were in short supply-don’t remember right now-but epd contracted highway patrol in which they said they no longer had jurisdiction.sheriff is county so they have jurisdiction too.i’ve lived here 8 yrs now on myrtle

  • Geeze, alot of this going on.its sounds so fimilar?I hope they aren’t hurt to bad.sending prayers

  • Jacking around into a pump shotgun is a pretty distinct sound. And should be a clear warning. Birdshot is best for the safety of neighbors and livestock. Barking dogs are the best deterrent.

  • No sympathy.this is a bs story it was a drug deal gone wrong . You wanna grow weed for high $$$$ ,this is the risk you take. go get a real job if you want to lessen the chances of getting ripped off.
