The fire is reported to be on 4th Street at Commercial, which is where 4th Street ends and you turn left onto Broadway. Where exactly 4th Street is closed to traffic, I don’t know.

Drivers should be able to see where 4th street is closed from H Street since the elevation is slightly higher there. It wouldn’t hurt to turn off at H Street and use 6th Street to Broadway.

Or drive through Old Town to Waterfront Drive, then left all the way until it ends at Wabash, then left to Broadway.

Waterfront drive/Railroad Ave ends at Del Norte, not Wabash (my bad).

Or take one of the letter streets to 14th, Buhne or Wabash and that will get you to Broadway by Costco
