Guns, Grams, and Tear Gas Found During Search

Press release from the Eureka Police Department:

Bacon, GeraldOn May 31, 2016, at about 11:25 a.m., the Eureka Police Department served a search warrant at a residence on the 200 block of Willow Street as part of an investigation into the sales of controlled substances.

During the search, detectives located 10 firearms (1 of which has been confirmed as stolen out of unincorporated Eureka), 411 grams of heroin, 477 grams of marijuana, 442 grams of methamphetamine, evidence of a hash lab, and canisters of tear gas.

Gerald Bacon, 29 of Eureka, was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for possession of methamphetamine and heroin for sales, operating a hash lab, possession of a controlled substance while armed, possession of an assault weapon, and possession of tear gas.

I hope they put this guy away for a good while. He ain’t no small time fish. It sickens me to think this guy could be out on bail in a day or two.

The clear vials appear to be Pyrex type lab glass, and one can see what appears to be residue from honey oil extraction.

I don’t know what process they were using, as I don’t partake, possibly a flammable solvent, that’s my educated guess.

I think some are hash tube and tear gas canisters .how come no bail amount probably already cite and release. Must be why no bail amount .

The glass tubes are for blasting butane by hand. They have that pipe insulation on there because they get cold as hell during the prosess.
