McDonough has reported her husband missing to the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office. She and her son have searched the surrounding areas. “He’s 68 years old. He’s on foot. How far could he go?” she asked. “We scoured the immediate areas….We started looking probably two hours after he left,” McDonough explained.

“I don’t know if he hitchhiked out or if he is missing in the woods,” she worried.

The missing man is age 68.  He is about 6’1″ and weighs about 210 pounds. “He is bald and has a black and white beard and mustache,” said his wife. He doesn’t have any tattoos.

“He was last seen wearing black pants and a black tank top shirt,” she said.
