[UPDATE 5:40 p.m.] Downed Power Line Closes Fairway Drive, Over 500 Customers Lose Electricity
According to scanner traffic, there is a downed power line near the Eureka Municipal Golf Course. Fairway Drive is being closed near F Street and on Herrick Avenue.
Talk on the scanner warns of “heavy traffic.”
PG&E posted that over 500 people lost power in the area at 5:13 p.m. There is no estimated time for the power to be restored.
