Southbound Lanes of Hwy 101 Closed Tomorrow Near Garberville

Caltrans announced that drainage work will begin on Highway 101 just north of Garberville tomorrow (April 18.)

They posted on their Facebook page,

For the duration of this phase of the project, U.S. Highway 101 will be reduced to ONE LANE IN EACH DIRECTION, with southbound traffic being redirected onto one of the northbound lanes.
The two southbound lanes of U.S. Highway 101 will be closed to traffic to afford our contractor space to work safely.
Motorists should anticipate minor traffic slowdowns.
