Car Stolen in Vancouver, Washington Recovered in Hoopa, One Arrested
On Easter Sunday, Adam Bryce Rapp was arrested in Hoopa.
The California Highway Patrol received information that there was a stolen vehicle in the parking lot of Ray’s Supermarket there. When officers arrived on scene, according to Cy May a spokesperson for the CHP, they found Rapp in the driver’s seat of a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
The vehicle had been stolen from Vancouver, Washington, said May, and license plates stolen in Oregon had been placed on the vehicle.
At 10:25 a.m. Rapp was arrested for possession of the stolen vehicle.

Brilliant: replacing plates from one stolen vehicle with plates from another stolen vehicle. Wilco Tango Foxtrot.
Perfect!!
The report only states that the second set of plates were stolen, nothing about a second stolen vehicle.
And, by the way, the proper phonetics for “WTF” are Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot. “WilCo” is short for “will comply.”
Ouch! Lima, Oscar, Lima. 🙂
I stand corrected.
Just goes to show you how intelligent they really arent LOL
But what is he going to use to transport “product” back to Washington?
Why would someone transport “product” to Washington where it’s already legal?
Cause it’s not taxed here but there it is.
Everyone wants ours. Even Colorado. Let’s just day all these people in humboldt with Colorado plates aren’t here to sight see!
Thats awesome!!! I just love how everyone assumes this is all the information but BEFORE you be judge, jury and executioner. Let’s get the whole story… First it was purchased in washington from a private owner, second charges have been dropped due to having bill of sale. And a vin check done on same day of purchase. So good looking out and not being at all judgemental. Let’s just see what else this darn internet contains…..
If you would like to contact me (the site owner), at [email protected] with information, I will gladly update the information.
Did you ever get a response on your request?
Nope.
You can trust your car to the man who wears the star!
For Mrs black sheep.
The whole story hmmm! Sounds like you’re only telling part of it as well. Was it purchased or did you flake on payment? And why where their stolen plates on the vehicle? And who check the VIN the day of purchase did you? Sounds to me like you’re the partner in crime?
