HCSO Humboldt County Sheriff's Office BlurOn Thursday, March 10, 2016 at about 8:25 a.m., the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary that occurred at the Redway Feed Store in Redway. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with the reporting party. The reporting party stated when she arrived at the business she noticed the front door of the business had been broken. She then contacted law enforcement as well as the store manager.
The reporting party told the deputy there was a glass jar on the counter near the registers that contained money for Hospice donations that was taken. There was approximately $50 in donations in the jar. The suspect also stole several flashlights, totaling approximately $290.00. Both of the cash registers inside the store were found open, but cash was not left in them overnight. The store manager estimated it would cost $1,500 to replace the broken glass on the front door.

Wow that’s one expensive piece of glass, I have seen their doors many times and I have no idea how anyone would come up with such a figure.
While your on the computer and online go shop around for some glass or doors with glass.
And yes I owned a glass business for 20 years and am suspicious of this estimate.
