A little before 10:45 p.m., a white Ford Tempo crashed into a parked Toyota Tacoma and at least three signs near Myrtle Avenue and Sixth Street in Eureka.

A witness saw the driver of the Ford trying to leave in his vehicle, so the person intervened and boxed the vehicle in so it couldn’t escape.

When firefighters arrived at the crash, they said over the scanner that the man driving the Ford was being combative. Officers arrived soon after and took the man into custody.

Officers at the scene said the man appeared to be drunk.DSC00020

That same ford tempo was always lurking around garberville. Very shady individual. Karma finally caught up with him.
