[UPDATE: Open…But….] Hwy 96 Closed

Rock and mud dropped onto Hwy 96 last night closing it. The slide began moving late yesterday evening. At first, the road was open to one way traffic but at about 4:15 a.m., the road was completely closed. At this point, the road is estimated to open about 9 a.m. We’ll update here when we get more information.

UPDATE 10:07 p.m.: Open to one-way controlled traffic but expect delays.
