Hope everyone stays safe today
Made it to Hayfork before the road is closed heading to redding I hope .
The stage is set and this time Mother is not messing around. Big ocean waves, huge snow pack, torrential (warm) rains. I just hope the low lying farmers read the writing on the wall and evacuated their animals. I think sometimes people get complacent with the constant flooding of the lowlands.

I drove pass the carlotta fire dept at 3:30 pm and it was fine
It was starting to flood on 36 near the fire hall at 10 this morning also lots of small slides and flooding past bridgeville its way worse east more rain.
Thank you Scooter for that link but what is flood stage for the Mattole? We’re definitely pumping out the cubic feet but the graph didn’t indicate flood stage in feet? The levee down by Honeydew Creek is flooded over and impassable but it does that all the time.
Redwood Creek in Ruby Valley broke it’s bank in the last hour.
Hayfork creek as well thanks
