Possible Robbery at Shell Station in Eureka


The Eureka Police Department responded to a report of a robbery at the Shell station on Harris Street in Eureka around 4:55 p.m. today.

According to scanner traffic, the suspect stole a firearm after threatening the victim with pepper spray. When officers arrived at the scene, they were not able to locate the victim or the suspect.

The dispatcher noted on the scanner that the firearm “was possibly stolen prior to being taken from today’s victim.”
