Well this is one good reason to have only 1/4 tank of gas. If stolen they will have to get gas to get way.

Didn’t she also get cited and released after a tinted window traffic stop in Ferndale? Fools rush to get into more trouble.

What i want to know is, do people not lock there vehicles anymore? seems peculiar that a vehicle was stolen in the safeway parking lot and unless it was unlocked options are A: break window B: slim jim the door, C: I guess try to pick the door lock which I’m sure most morons would not be able to do. Even if the thief knows how to hot wire a car, If the doors are locked those are the only options of getting inside.

No, not necessarily. Three years ago, in a tiny town in Montana, my 2003 Rav4 locked me out. The engine was running and the spare key and phone was in my bag, inside. Post Office closed. Dark coming.
A 40-something passerby walking through the 2 horse parking lot noticed me and whipped off his backpack. Inside this miniature tool shed was lodged every break-and-enter device I’ve ever seen, and several obviously hand-crafted ones.
My car was open in WAY less time than it’s taken to write this, and without a mark on it. Oh yeah, it was Christmas.
His diploma was in his tats; he’d been to the specialized school of prison. His education was neither arcane nor esoteric. ( Professional B/E artists are not morons. )
He said he was passing through, refused a “tip,” and wished me a Merry Christmas. af

[edit] The blue Expedition is actually black. And Carrie had purchased it from a “friend”, who decided to report it stolen after an argument [edit] Carrie was released and the other [edit] was arrested for FRAUD. [edit]
