According to scanner traffic and KMUD News, an “assault with violence” occurred at approximately 7:50 p.m. in the Redway area.

Though this was initially reported as a “possible gunshot wound,” later reports indicate that the victim’s injuries are not critical. Scanner traffic stated about 8:08 p.m., “The [reporting party] and victim is being transport to Jerold Phelps Hospital with lacerations to the head.”

UPDATE 8:24 p.m.: According to the never-sleeping Terri Klemetson, the employees at the Shell station in Redway told her that there were no guns involved. There was, however, a physical fight.
