Is an infrared map still available for the Bear Fire? The AirOps map only shows approx. borders. Wondering if Bear Basin Butte Lookout/Pierson Cabin have been lost, which looks to be the case based on the GeoMAC map. Thanks

Thanks. I called and they’re still OK. Said they’re of course a top priority and have been completely wrapped in fire protectant. Relieved!

I’ve had my eye on the weather satellite maps today. Eastern Oregon and Washington and Idaho all just got done having a nice rain, and the system coming in tonight is probably going to do the most good in Oregon… might even push up over Washington and Idaho again by tomorrow… might.
