Oh nooooo! Where will we get our good food from… Bummer!! Hope you can open back soon because we will miss you!!!
I’m willing to bet some dope smoker broke in, stole stuff and tried to torch the place to hide their tracks.
Would not surprise me one bit with all the homeless dope smoker losers breaking into places out there.
So sorry to hear that. They are really good people.
Who could have foreseen the great tofu famine of 2015?! There goes the granola!
I jest, and please forgive my callous disregard to someone’s loss & grief- I do extend my sincere condolences to the good people of Willow Creek. And I’m a tofu and granola eater, myself, so it’s all a bit of levity amidst extreme plights.
@Pepe le Pew – How nice for you that you can compartmentalize the value of a natural foods store into such stereotypical products. Obviously you do not have a food allergy.
For many of us, my children included, we will no longer be able to get basic needs like milks, bread, cereal and other grains. Nor treats for the kids, like chocolate and non-dairy ice cream. No other store in town is more important to my family’s quality of life than this particular one.
But at least you used the word “levity” n. – the treatment of a serious matter with humor or in a manner lacking due respect.
Yes, your comment certainly was lacking.
Very sad news.
It is odd, a “flyer” type communication was posted at Burnt Ranch post office not long ago with reference to turning this place into a “ghost town”. Strange and pretty scary, I think.
I will miss the store and do hope there are plans to rebuild.
