Smoke Conditions Across the Emerald Counties

Smoke from the lightning fires is heading east leaving the far western edge of the Emerald Counties with clear air.  As the map shows above, however, there are a number of areas with light to heavy smoke which can impact health.

The Shasta Trinity National Forest has put out this handy guide to air conditions in many areas across northwestern California.
