Gunnel in Gullet: River Otter Catches and Eats Flip Flopping Fish

I’ve never seen one that klutzy in dispatching its catch, though that was a pretty good sized fish.
The otter, the fisher, beaver, they’ll eat all that’s in the water, they talking bout salmon and such these little junkies clean out the entire pond!
Isn’t that a sea otter? Or is just a river otter that made it out to sea??
