Fire on Pine Street in Eureka

Fire on pineHumboldt Bay Fire responded to a structure fire on the 1100 block of Pine Street shortly before 3 p.m. today.

“We found heavy smoke and fire coming from the garage area,” battalion chief Bill Reynolds said.

Reynolds said all of the occupants of the house were able to make it out safely and they are investigating the cause of the fire.
