Arrest Made Today Near Ray’s in Garberville


About 1:45 P.M. today, deputies from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Department questioned a man and a woman near behind the Garberville Thrift Shop near Ray’s Grocery Store in Garberville. According to bystanders, the man was arrested on drug charges and the woman, though originally handcuffed, was set free.

    • Not really, there were throngs of them the last couple of days. Back to their old tricks of blocking the sidewalk. Just wait, they are not all here yet…

  • If we could just get these kids to mow our lawns and clean our houses for $6 an hour everything would be fine. But someone started paying them thousands of dollars to sit on their buts trimming for a few weeks And word got out. Now we can’t get rid of them.
    It’s like feeding raccoons. It’s a bad idea that will haunt you for years.

  • I use to work with her. She was a great person but always had problems. Now she gone down the wrong road.
